At Ilovebodykits.com, we inspect all our products carefully before shipping, however, due to the natural of the material (Fiberglass is considered as fragile material) and improper carriage of shipment by the carrier, shipping damages would happen time to time. There are 2 of the most common ways of damage.

1. Visible Damages- You can see the damages from the packaging box. If you see the box is in bad shape, there could be a chance that your merchandise got damaged. 

2. Concealed Damages- There is no visible damages from the packaging, it can be happen if carrier placed heavy items on the box or throwing the boxes on and off the trailer.

Please remember, truck drivers or the warehouse workers at the shipping terminals are not gentle to the freights. Therefore, they won't take care of the freight carefully even if they see the signs on the box stating this contains a fragile product. It is very important for you to inspect your product before signing for the package. You must first inspect the product, have the driver describe the damages and write them on the shipping receipt. With the proper proof, carriers will not be able to deny your claim

 If you are not home at the time of delivery, please make sure to explain to the person who will be receiving the package for you about the importance of inspection. Ilovebodykits.com will not responsible for any loss due to customers fail to follow the instruction.
