Shipping Delivery Instruction

At, we inspect all our products carefully before shipping. The fragile nature of the material on some of our products combined with improper carriage of shipment by the carrier at times can result in shipping damage.  While all packages are insured, we are notifying you in advance to look for any damage present so that we can ensure the proper disposition of shipping damage cases. These are 2 of the most common ways of damage.


1. Visible Damages- You can see the damage from the box packaging. If you see that the box is torn, punctured, crushed or otherwise in bad shape, there could be a chance that your merchandise got damaged.  In such cases such as these, please write down these damages on the delivery receipt with the delivery driver.


2. Concealed Damages- There is no visible damages from the packaging, it can be happen if carrier placed heavy items on the box or thrown the boxes on and off the trailer without care. It would be in your general best interest to inspect the contents while the driver present.


Please remember, truck drivers or the warehouse workers at the shipping terminals and are not gentle to the freight.  Due to this, they may not take care of the freight carefully even if they see the signs on the box stating this contains a fragile product. It is very important for you to inspect your product before signing for the package. You must first inspect the product, have the driver describe the damages and write them on the shipping receipt. With the proper proof, carriers will not be able to deny your claim

 If you are not home at the time of delivery, please make sure to explain to the person who will be receiving the package for you about the importance of inspection. will not responsible for any loss due to customers who fail to follow these instructions.
