Ferrari 550 Maranello Lowering Springs are designed to improve handling performance and the vehicle appearance, the aftermarket Ferrari 550 Maranello spring rates are stiffer compare to the most of the factory springs. Installing the Ferrari 550 Maranello lower spring will improve corner grip and reducing body roll. While you install a set of lowering spring, it is suggested to upgrade your factory shock absorber at the same time. The OE or aftermarket Ferrari OE replacement strut are not engineered to take the stiffer Ferrari 550 Maranello lowering kits. Once the shock went out, you might feel vehicle hopping and descrease road traction.
