An internal combustion engine uses oxygen just as fires require oxygen to keep aflame. There is no internal oxygen tank in a car for this purpose, as that wouldn’t be very efficient. Instead, Ford Truck vehicle manufacturers equip cars with intakes that bring air inside to the Ford Truck engine directly. Ford Truck Air intakes are designed to provide the least inhibited route possible for the air to reach from outside the Ford Truck car all the way to the engine, though stock versions aren’t always the most effective.
For that reason, many car owners turn to aftermarket Ford Truck air intakes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their vehicles’ intake capacity. The greater the amount of oxygen supplied to the engine, the more power it can produce. Ford Truck Cold air has more oxygen, for instance, so Ford Truck cold air intakes have become popular Ford Truck intake upgrades. Other upgrade types focus more on greater Ford Truck air intake capacity period, but either way, you’ll end up with a better performing engine using an upgraded Ford Truck air intake system in your car.
Great product great price
Dont know what that last guys complaining about. I pop the hood a lot more often now just to look at it. Looks great, got here fast, and everyone compliments/comments on it. Im very happy. Thank you, Wes!
Great hood for my AP1. the hood is not lighter than stock but I got it for the carbon look & it fits pretty darn good.
