Nissan 200SX Hoods/Trunks

Nissan 200SX Custom Hoods, Nissan 200SX Custom Trunks

Nissan 200SX Carbon Fiber Hoods are located at the front of all Nissan trucks, Nissan SUVs, and Nissan cars, and make up a large portion of your vehicle’s Nissan front-end exterior. The primary function of a Nissan hood on any vehicle is to protect the Nissan engine and other critical parts in the front compartment from being damaged by heavy rain and other phenomena. Even when bent, bruised, and damaged, Nissan 200SX hoods can still do a fairly decent job of keeping out water and other elements. It’s the poor appearance part in the end that causes many people to end up replacing a broken Nissan hood.

Aftermarket Nissan 200SX hoods help make a car look newer. Just this one replacement can make a big difference in a car’s appearance, mainly because it’s such a large component in and of itself. You can replace a Nissan 200SX hood with one that’s an exact copy of the vehicle’s stock Nissan hood, or you can select a customized Nissan hood that falls in line with a new design you had in mind for your Nissan car. Either way, you’ll end up with a Nissan car that’s better looking, with an engine that’s better protected from anything that might damage it

Nissan 200SX Carbon Fiber Trunks are located at the back of most Nissan trucks, Nissan SUVs, and Nissan cars, and act as the main storage spaces for these vehicles. For Nissan truck owners, the Nissan trunk is mostly an open bed that is left uncovered. For Nissan drivers of cars and SUVs, however, the Nissan trunk is often a distinct space reserved for the transportation of luggage, groceries, and all kinds of other odds and ends.

Though you can’t replace the Nissan trunk space itself, you can replace the Nissan rear trunk hatch that keep that keeps the trunk space enclosed. Also often known as a Nissan 200SX hatch, this piece is as replaceable as the Nissan 200SX front hood is, though it is replaced far less commonly. If your car got rear-ended, or even if it’s just bruised up a bit to the point where paint alone can’t make a difference, you may want to replace that trunk hatch or Nissan 200SX hood with an aftermarket version that looks cleaner and newer to help maintain the value of your Nissan vehicle.

If you have a newer vehicle, especially European, you have to spend a little extra money on one of these CANBUS kits. Ive been through several other types of HID kits and my lights would flicker, or one side wouldnt turn on, and I would get the warning light on my dash. As soon as I installed this kit, my problems were gone. I'm very happy with this kit - MUCH brighter than any of the other kits Id previously purchased.

I would have rated these a 5 if it were not for the fact that they needed some additional sealant around the lens. Luckily I had some left over rubber sealant lying around - I'd read about and experienced this before with my other aftermarket lights. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service. I was notified of a short backorder (about a week) shortly after placing my order, which happens from time to time. Wes kept me updated and called me as soon as the item left. Great guys to deal with!
