Kia Hoods/Trunks

Kia Custom Hoods, Kia Custom Trunks

Kia Carbon Fiber Hoods are located at the front of all Kia trucks, Kia SUVs, and Kia cars, and make up a large portion of your vehicle’s Kia front-end exterior. The primary function of a Kia hood on any vehicle is to protect the Kia engine and other critical parts in the front compartment from being damaged by heavy rain and other phenomena. Even when bent, bruised, and damaged, Kia hoods can still do a fairly decent job of keeping out water and other elements. It’s the poor appearance part in the end that causes many people to end up replacing a broken Kia hood.

Aftermarket Kia hoods help make a car look newer. Just this one replacement can make a big difference in a car’s appearance, mainly because it’s such a large component in and of itself. You can replace a Kia hood with one that’s an exact copy of the vehicle’s stock Kia hood, or you can select a customized Kia hood that falls in line with a new design you had in mind for your Kia car. Either way, you’ll end up with a Kia car that’s better looking, with an engine that’s better protected from anything that might damage it

Kia Carbon Fiber Trunks are located at the back of most Kia trucks, Kia SUVs, and Kia cars, and act as the main storage spaces for these vehicles. For Kia truck owners, the Kia trunk is mostly an open bed that is left uncovered. For Kia drivers of cars and SUVs, however, the Kia trunk is often a distinct space reserved for the transportation of luggage, groceries, and all kinds of other odds and ends.

Though you can’t replace the Kia trunk space itself, you can replace the Kia rear trunk hatch that keep that keeps the trunk space enclosed. Also often known as a Kia hatch, this piece is as replaceable as the Kia front hood is, though it is replaced far less commonly. If your car got rear-ended, or even if it’s just bruised up a bit to the point where paint alone can’t make a difference, you may want to replace that trunk hatch or Kia hood with an aftermarket version that looks cleaner and newer to help maintain the value of your Kia vehicle.

I got my Drifter Cobalt kit about 2 weeks ago and I am almost done with the installation (by myself). The front and side fitted alrite w/ some trimming. The rear needed more work but it is expected from a fiberglass kit.

Great product, very smooth unlike some bodykits, my body guy was amazed on the product said will have it done sooner than thought, I did tho however have to drill 2 holes where the side markers go, but easy enough, everything else matched up and fit perfect to all the body lines very easy do it yourself. Amazing kit very pleased

Was a little worried about getting this exhaust because of the amazing price, but was really surprised. Shipping was fast. less than a week. Install was easy, bolted right up, everything where it's supposed to be. Looks really good on my car and sounds great. Nice deep sound, not buzzy. Loud but not TOO loud. Noticed the power increase immediately. Really good exhaust for those of us on a tight budget.
