Jeep Hoods/Trunks

Jeep Custom Hoods, Jeep Custom Trunks

Jeep Carbon Fiber Hoods are located at the front of all Jeep trucks, Jeep SUVs, and Jeep cars, and make up a large portion of your vehicle’s Jeep front-end exterior. The primary function of a Jeep hood on any vehicle is to protect the Jeep engine and other critical parts in the front compartment from being damaged by heavy rain and other phenomena. Even when bent, bruised, and damaged, Jeep hoods can still do a fairly decent job of keeping out water and other elements. It’s the poor appearance part in the end that causes many people to end up replacing a broken Jeep hood.

Aftermarket Jeep hoods help make a car look newer. Just this one replacement can make a big difference in a car’s appearance, mainly because it’s such a large component in and of itself. You can replace a Jeep hood with one that’s an exact copy of the vehicle’s stock Jeep hood, or you can select a customized Jeep hood that falls in line with a new design you had in mind for your Jeep car. Either way, you’ll end up with a Jeep car that’s better looking, with an engine that’s better protected from anything that might damage it

Jeep Carbon Fiber Trunks are located at the back of most Jeep trucks, Jeep SUVs, and Jeep cars, and act as the main storage spaces for these vehicles. For Jeep truck owners, the Jeep trunk is mostly an open bed that is left uncovered. For Jeep drivers of cars and SUVs, however, the Jeep trunk is often a distinct space reserved for the transportation of luggage, groceries, and all kinds of other odds and ends.

Though you can’t replace the Jeep trunk space itself, you can replace the Jeep rear trunk hatch that keep that keeps the trunk space enclosed. Also often known as a Jeep hatch, this piece is as replaceable as the Jeep front hood is, though it is replaced far less commonly. If your car got rear-ended, or even if it’s just bruised up a bit to the point where paint alone can’t make a difference, you may want to replace that trunk hatch or Jeep hood with an aftermarket version that looks cleaner and newer to help maintain the value of your Jeep vehicle.

I got my Drifter Cobalt kit about 2 weeks ago and I am almost done with the installation (by myself). The front and side fitted alrite w/ some trimming. The rear needed more work but it is expected from a fiberglass kit.

I have the full H&R set up on my car and I love the quality of the parts. I have sold my Eibach springs to get the H&R coilover and I know my decision is right! Thanks Ilovebodykits
