1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) Hoods/Trunks

1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) Custom Hoods, 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) Custom Trunks

1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) Carbon Fiber Hoods are located at the front of all BMW trucks, BMW SUVs, and BMW cars, and make up a large portion of your vehicle’s BMW front-end exterior. The primary function of a BMW hood on any vehicle is to protect the BMW engine and other critical parts in the front compartment from being damaged by heavy rain and other phenomena. Even when bent, bruised, and damaged, 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) hoods can still do a fairly decent job of keeping out water and other elements. It’s the poor appearance part in the end that causes many people to end up replacing a broken BMW hood.

Aftermarket 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) hoods help make a car look newer. Just this one replacement can make a big difference in a car’s appearance, mainly because it’s such a large component in and of itself. You can replace a 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) hood with one that’s an exact copy of the vehicle’s stock BMW hood, or you can select a customized BMW hood that falls in line with a new design you had in mind for your BMW car. Either way, you’ll end up with a BMW car that’s better looking, with an engine that’s better protected from anything that might damage it

1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) Carbon Fiber Trunks are located at the back of most BMW trucks, BMW SUVs, and BMW cars, and act as the main storage spaces for these vehicles. For BMW truck owners, the BMW trunk is mostly an open bed that is left uncovered. For BMW drivers of cars and SUVs, however, the BMW trunk is often a distinct space reserved for the transportation of luggage, groceries, and all kinds of other odds and ends.

Though you can’t replace the BMW trunk space itself, you can replace the BMW rear trunk hatch that keep that keeps the trunk space enclosed. Also often known as a 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) hatch, this piece is as replaceable as the 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) front hood is, though it is replaced far less commonly. If your car got rear-ended, or even if it’s just bruised up a bit to the point where paint alone can’t make a difference, you may want to replace that trunk hatch or 1986 BMW 3 Series (E30) hood with an aftermarket version that looks cleaner and newer to help maintain the value of your 1986 BMW vehicle.

The seats look great and got here sooner than expected. They look nearly identical to the Recaro seats, but not quite the same quality. You get what you pay for. Very pleased with the transaction.

I got my Drifter Cobalt kit about 2 weeks ago and I am almost done with the installation (by myself). The front and side fitted alrite w/ some trimming. The rear needed more work but it is expected from a fiberglass kit.

Great hood for my AP1. the hood is not lighter than stock but I got it for the carbon look & it fits pretty darn good.
